Commodity Overview & Aroma Profiles
India is recognized historically as the Spice Bowl of the World, supplying over 48% of global spice volume. Indian spices are defined by high essential oil concentrations, potent aromatic bouquets, and deep distinctive pungencies. They are fundamental inputs for global seasoning blenders, extraction chemists, industrial sausage makers, and commercial spice packaging brands.
