Ancient Supergrains: Global Sourcing
Following the United Nations declaration of the International Year of Millets (IYM), Indian millets have surged to the forefront of the global functional foods market. Packed with dietary fiber, calcium, iron, and a low glycemic index (GI), Sorghum (Jowar) and Millets provide ideal raw materials for gluten-free bakeries, extruded snack foods, breakfast granolas, beer brewing, and livestock feed formulations.
Vishnu Balaji Global sources from dedicated drought-resilient agricultural zones in Maharashtra (Solapur, Marathwada), Karnataka (Bijapur), and Rajasthan. Our processing lines feature rotary drum cleaners, aspiration channels, destoners, and multi-channel optical sorters, ensuring consistent round grain geometry and uniform bushel weight.
